go marche, a'beckett st melbourne
/Ever felt cosy in the city? Board games, karaoke, food and all ages welcome - Go Marche is a haven for families wanting an entertaining outing while spending time together. It's like having a night in, out!
A huge range of games is on offer in multiple languages making this a popular spot for overseas travellers as well. From classics like chess and Connect 4 to Bananagrams and Cards Against Humanity, as well as some really complex fantasy board games. The friendly staff will help you learn how to play if it’s new to you!
Menu items for food include rice bowls and some sides like fried tofu and gyoza. Desserts are great here, including the freshly made waffles but the bubble tea is always Mamma’s fave. The taro tea is a meal in itself, so big and so tasty!
Here, there are some rules, just like a good board game. Each booking is a 3 hour seating. For board game bookings, you can choose to book food + board games or games only. For karaoke, it’s $35 per head and $40 after 6pm on a weeknight.
Every booking includes a drink from their incredible range (think the freshest, most divine bubble tea you’ve ever had), which is inclusive of the per person fee. For a weeknight board game session (excluding Friday) it’s $22 per adult, $16 for kids 5yo+, and free for under 5’s. For Fridays and weekends, and for karaoke, prices are $35+ for adults.
The kids can’t get enough of this place and Mamma always loves coming down for a relaxed meal and fun night.
