little builders, the district docklands
/If you have a little one with a big love for construction, then Little Builders at District Docklands will blow their mind.
Little Builders is an immersive play experience, with different zones offering wonderful opportunities for little ones to dig, build and explore. Its main attraction is its expansive indoor sandpit. The sandbox is approximately 50 square metres in size containing clean, safe sand and an amazing array of digger toys.
Mamma’s little ones love to pop on their construction hats and get set to work digging, building, excavating and imaginating. The sandpit is lined with benches to seat the adults (that is if they’re not digging in the sand, too) and each sandbox has steel grates at the entry, perfect for stamping sand off of little shoes. This means the sand doesn’t come home in Mamma’s car - win!
While the sandbox is certainly the star feature of this amazing play space, it offers many other zones to let little imaginations run wild. A ball pit contains many construction-themed treasures and is a classic hit. A soft-play, sensory area is perfect for tiny builders and a separate room houses boxes of duplo, paper and pencils for drawing and colouring, giant building blocks and construction toys beyond any little builder’s wildest dreams. This space is perfect for birthday parties which you can book at this amazing venue.
But Little Builders isn’t only for the little people, they’ve kept the Mammas in mind, too. There is plenty of seating throughout the play space and a ‘tuck stop’ offering drinks and nibbles to keep the whole crew fueled for a busy day of building.
Oh and best yet - Little Builders is now a permanent fixture on the District Docklands scene! So go on Mamma, book your tickets, tell your besties and make your digger-lover’s dreams come true!
