/Mamma’s very first meeting with Mary from Little Creatures was with a yoga class that she used to run at a Lollipops Playland when she was Fairy Mary. And ever since that first meeting, we have bumped into her and her magical yoga skills all throughout the east. Mary is now bringing the yoga moves right to you - via the internet. Join Mary on Facebook and Instagram lives, as well as uploaded later to YouTube, for a calm, relaxing session of listening to our bodies, focusing on our breath and gentle movements. She uses story telling and has the kids imagine all sort of different things as they explore breathing techniques - just like a train or a dragon. Sessions run at 10:30am on Tuesdays.

Great for releasing negative feelings and frustrations. Encourages children to open the face, stretch the lips and tongue and breathe out into the universe. Promotes and symbolises courage and strength.
Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart
Raise arms on front of you and make your hands into claws
lunge forward with one leg and bend both knees
at the same time open your mouth wide, stretch out your tongue and roar out with a breath, as if you’re breathing out fire!
repeat with the other leg.
