The wonderful Queensberry Cup is an incredibly fun and chill local community event and street festival. Mamma and crew just adore coming down to North Melbourne each year to get around it!

Enjoy some local acts on stage, grab a feed from the amazing food trucks and nab your spot behind a bale of hay to watch the billy carts do zoomies down the track!

The street party covers the corner block of Queensberry and Errols Streets, with the billy cart race heading downhill from the intersection on Errol. Maybe you want to check out the stalls and fun before meandering down and back up either side of the race track. Or maybe you prefer to pick a grassy spot trackside and make a picnic out of it!

Don’t worry about missing out on the main stage food and entertainment - you can order from the local eateries and the marching band will be sure to find you!

On a sunny day, maybe a cheeky beer is a good choice, and for the kids, an ice cream is in order! Interactive games and exhibitions are a big part of the event, with lots of focus on local creative endeavours.
