If you’re in Docklands and on the hunt for a great lunch spot with incredible, hearty sandwiches on freshly baked focaccia, an array of delicate house-made desserts, and great coffee… and happen upon the sophisticated yet homely Saluministi, you’ll hit the jackpot!

The focaccia is made in house each morning and make for a delectable pocket to hold an abundance of fresh and tasty fillings. Panini fillings include cotoletta, pollo, mortadella, porcheta, and caprese. Plus, the lovely staff were happy to do a child-friendly cheese and ham off-menu for Mamma. Gluten free panino is also available.

Then there’s the desserts! Baked cheesecake, shortbread, cookies, and more. These go perfectly with a smooth Italian coffee. Belissimo!

There are plenty of seats inside, but on a nice day sitting al fresco is a great idea as there is playground and green space the other side of the tables!
