Coeliacs, low gluten goers and foodies - please stand to attention! An artisan gluten free bakery in the city is calling!
Not a fan of gluten free? Well, it doesn’t matter when it comes to Kudo because the non-coeliacs don’t even notice it’s all gluten free! The taste, texture and quality of the bread and pastries here are incredible.
Choux pastry, brioche, caneles, chiffon sponge and crusty tarts - things normally reserved for the gluten eaters - are all on offer here and all YUMMY!
Mamma loves the combination of old and new here, from the twist of flavours like the passionfruit tart with blue cheese cream, to the classic choices like the Rueben toasted sanga.
This is a tiny bakery and while there are a few chairs and some benches, Mamma recommends taking away some lunch from here to enjoy at a park.
At Kudo, only delight is to be had. Just try not taking too much time staring at all the delicious treats artfully laid out in the beautiful display cabinets, like we do!
